RECIPES

1. Churros

Ingredients:
Churros =
 250 mL water
 100 gr unsalted butter
 1 tbsp. of sugar
 ½ tsp of salt
 150 gr all-purpose flour
 3 pcs of eggs
 Vanilla powder
Toppings =
 100 gr of sugar
 1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder
 melted chocolate bar

How to cook:
1) Pour 250 ml of water into a pan
2) Add 100 gr of unsalted water, 1 tbsp. of sugar and 1 tsp of salt
3) Boil the mixture and keep stirring until the butter melts
4) Turn off the stove and add in 150 gr of all-purpose flour
5) Stir until the mixture is well-mixed
6) Turn on the stove, cook for 3-4 minutes and keep stirring
7) Remove from the stove, add in ¼ tsp of vanilla powder and mix it
8) Let it chill for 5-10 minutes
9) Add in 3 eggs, one at a time
10) Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle
11) Heat the oil in a pan
12) Pipe the churros batter into the hot oil, use scissors to cut the excess batter
13) Cook until golden brown, then remove from the oil
14) For the cinnamon topping, add 100 gr of sugar and 1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder
15) Put in to a plastic bag and put the churros inside, shake well
16) For the chocolate, melt some chocolate bar
