Whom It May Concern: 

My name is Karla Contreras and I am a sophomore student at Buhach Colony High School. I am 
a huge fan of the clothing Victoria's Secret Pink has. I am writing this letter to inform you that 
the customer service is great, but the time I spend waiting in the cashier line is a tremendous 
amount of time.  

I have been attending this store since I was in 6th grade. Ever since then, I always remember 
having to wait in long lines. My family and I would always have to tell each other funny jokes in 
line just so we would not be annoyed and tired of waiting in line. There would be times that my 
mom would get impatient and we would leave everything we picked up. I am suggesting that 
you add more registers and have more workers helping out. With this suggestion, you won’t be 
losing so much business. You would probably be attracting more customers when they see that 
the lines are shorter.  

I just want to thank you for reading my letter and I hope you hear out my suggestion. I hope this 
company continues selling such great products for years to come.
