It is my pleasure to draft this letter of recommendation for Rylee Osterberg. I have

worked with Rylee for a little over 2 years as her manager at Petal Pusher and have been
able to observe her capabilities and talents in a variety of circumstances.

Rylee always exudes confidence and sincerity when working with customers as well as
other employees. Her enjoyment in what she is creating and doing comes through in
her work as well as her interactions. She is always prompt, attentive to detail, takes
direction well and is always willing to go above and beyond when asked. She displays
innate leadership qualities balanced with patience when working with employees. She
also possesses strong natural design skills and it has been wonderful to see her develop
those further during her time with us.

In addition to daily customer service and design work, she has taught classes for
corporate and social groups and has planned and executed on-site wedding and event
set ups. She has also worked in our fresh cut flower growing operation at our flower
farm, so I know she isn’t afraid to dig in and get her hands dirty-literally and
figuratively! Obviously, she has been able to foster her creative spirit and love of all
things botanical here at Petal Pusher.

Rylee has my highest recommendation for any future endeavors she puts her efforts
