To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of working with Rylee Osterberg at Green Bay Botanical Garden for the
2019 spring semester. During this time she worked as our Education Intern. Education
programs at the Garden cover many facets including planning activities for visiting children,
researching and writing educational blogs for the website and leading on-site and off-site
programs. Rylee was quick to catch on to all areas of education and brought her unique set of
previous experiences and skills to make a difference in our programming.

Rylee has an open and friendly personality, helping her to work comfortably and confidently with
all age levels. She worked with school children during on-site and off-site programs, engaging
them in activities and conversations at their level, and was able to redirect them back on task
when needed. She was also a team player and worked with other staff to research and write
educational blog posts for use on our website and social media, showcasing her ability to
communicate clearly in both written and oral forms. Rylee also helped to facilitate several of our
adult educational classes, acting as a Garden representative to the instructors and participants
in a professional and competent manner.

Rylee demonstrates outstanding organizational and time management skills. When given the
task of creating a series of Garden Discovery Bins containing hands-on activities for children,
Rylee systematically worked to brainstorm ideas, create lists of supplies and costs, and then
purchase and develop activity materials. She understands the value of movement and
engagement when it comes to working with children and was able to incorporate this into many
of the activities.

Rylee has been dedicated, knowledgeable and organized as she balanced school, work, an
internship and her personal life. Due to her successful internship, she has been hired at the
Garden as an Event Lead servicing our private, corporate and social events. I would highly
recommend Rylee for any position she applied herself to. Her creativity, enthusiasm and ability
to work with a variety of skill sets will make Rylee an asset to any employer.

Sincerely,
