L: Really? I didn’t know it. I just know how to use my cell phone.
J: Don’t worry. What do you want to do on the laptop?
L: Well, I want to learn to use AutoCaD....Wait! I can’t find the program on the
laptop.
J: The program isn’t installed. Maybe that’s the problem.

J: Mmmh no, I’m sorry. But my friend knows how to do it. I’m going to call him.

J: Can you help my friend to install AutoCad on her laptop?
E: Of course. Has she got her laptop now?

E:Great! I almost forget it. Can you ask her if her laptop has internet?
J: Not problem…..Lizbeth, has your laptop got internet?
L: Yeah. I’m using WiFi.

E: Hello! Lizbeth, don’t worry. Follow my instructions.
L: OK.
E: First, go to the official AutoCAD page. There you’ll see the menu icon on the
right corner. Click on "menu" and then on "downloads" and finally click on "Free
software for students" after that a new window opens.
Select the "autocad" icon and then you have to create an account. Once the
account is created, you’ll see the download icon, click on it and follow the
instructions to install the program.
