    YES-NO-KEY (YNK)

    Prompting:
    • Let the student read the sentence.
    • Type and say the first two words of the YES question. Let the student finish.
    • Tell the student which word to change and what to replace it with. Type and say it aloud.
    • Type and say the first two words of the KEY question.
    • Repeat until the student can do it on his/her own.

    Rules:
    • Skip NEGATIVES.
    • Divide or merge long sentences.
    • Skip sentences if the student does well.
