The team's goal is to collaborate on an 8-10 page review article about antibiotic resistance for a scientific audience. Each member has personal goals like improving writing, public speaking, or structure skills. Members have busy schedules but commit to working around 20 hours per week. Some members worry their schedules won't allow team meetings or grammar may need work. The team will openly communicate any conflicts or confusion and bring disputes to the teacher. They will use reminders to avoid missed deadlines and review unacceptable work to improve or complete it themselves, docking the individual's grade.
