On behalf of Wells & Associates LLP, we are unfortunately going to have to deny your credit
application. The reason for this denial is that the company Randible Incorporated does not have a
sufficiently long enough credit history to meet our guidelines. Wells & Associates requires a
minimum of five years’ worth of positive credit reports for all new business lines or credit
customers.

What we would like to offer is to work with you on a cash basis for six months. After the six
