The CETP modules consist of orientation, familiarization,

lectures, and hands-on specialized training that will

prepare the cadets for professional and technical
positions at any EDC project site or facility.
It provides the young cadets with a unique learning and
work experience, and provides a robust talent pipeline for EDC.

The program promotes hiring of locals with high potential and motivation, thus
supporting the socio-economic
agenda of the organization in prioritizing local employment where project sites are
located.

Considered as a unique and comprehensive training for new / fresh (engineer)

professionals prior to their career deployment. Each individual regardless of its
discipline would be oriented / familiarized, rated / classified / assigned to a
division or department which his talent and expertise would be best fitted in the
organization.

duration of the cadetship)

group to have a mentor / coach esp. on their thesis preparation.
