Obtain all permits, licenses, approvals and pay taxes, fees and other costs in
connection with the
construction of this project, including the installation and operation of all
equipment. Contractor is
responsible for the preparation of all forms, applications, plans, preparation of
documents,
provide proper notices and obtain necessary approvals. Deliver inspection, permits
and approval
certificates to the Owner prior to Final Completion of the Work.
