    Warm up

    Divide the group into 1s and 2s. The 1s find a place to stand. The 2s will keep changing
    places. Teacher gives a command and the pair executes them in slow motion – the leader
    being the one that teacher challs out.

    Additional commands: GO – FREEZE – RELAX - CHANGE
