PLANNING (TEMPLATE)
BY
During the Monetary Crisis in Indonesia, the newtork wealth however become the most important point
in revenue production for the company sake. The operations part as the important role for revenue
production can not interuppted by the accident any accident however during this crisis unfortunately
this interruption can happen so sudden in the difffrent location and in the same time.
This plan is developed to addressed this purpose so that the operations can running smoothly or at
least when the disturbance occur can be predicted and minimized the effect for the revenue production.
Most plans, when developed, are treated as confidential or proprietary; therefore, it is difficult to work
with a real plan. However, the use of the shell will hopefully to help the planning process. Before
beginning to develop the plan, remember to consider the first phase, “Prevention”. It is far more
beneficial to prevent a disaster than to recover from one. Thus whatever you can do on preventative
scale will be that much less of a concern. However, we all face the risk of having to deal with a disaster.
Therefore, if the plan exists which is well thought out and tested properly, the recovery and restoration
should be easier. The areas we covered should help, but each plan and organization is unique.
