What is Hinduism?
The Holy Trinity of Hindu Gods:
● Known as the Creator God Brahma
● Often shown with Four
Heads
● Believed that each head
represent the Vedas (sacred
texts of Hinduism)
● Also believed that the four
castes came from the body
parts of Brahma
● He created the world and all
the creatures
● Least worshiped Hindu god
The Holy Trinity of Hindu Gods:
● Known as the Protector Vishnu
● Often depicted as human-like
with blue skin and four arms
● His hands are always carrying
objects that represent things
he is responsible for
● His role is to protect the earth
and mankind and restore
balance of good and evil
The Holy Trinity of Hindu Gods:
● Known as the Destroyer Shiva
● Often depicted with blue
skin, a third eye and a
trident
● His role is to destroy the
universe so that the
universe may be re created
● He is seen as both a
representation of good and
evil
