to different departments

areas that deals with the different aspects of the organization, many of the approaches are
functionalist but critical research also provide alternative frame for understanding in the
field.

interacts in organization many factors come into play. Organization study attempt to
understand and model of these factors. So is very essential for graduates as it help us
connect theory with practice

Organization study refers to the study of the organization as a whole and getting adequate
knowledge with various departments in the organization the study was carried out at Chloride
metals ltd seethanayakanahalli, malur this is based on the different aspects dimension of different
departments of the company Organization study is a practical experience for the students to have
an idea about the actual working of the company its various departmental functions and various
activates. This is turn helps the student to compare the theoretical knowledge with that practical
activities.

CHLORIDE ALLOYS INDIA LTD is a subsidiary company of India’s No.1 Battery

manufacturer, M/s Exide Industries Ltd. The company is engaged in manufacturing and
supplying Lead and Lead Alloys to its valued customers like Exide Industries Ltd, Amara Raja
Batteries Ltd Tudor India Ltd, Cable Corporation of India Ltd and others. The company has
obtained ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certification from M/s TUV SUD South Asia Pvt
Ltd. and it has also obtained Registration from Central and Karnataka State Pollution Control
Board for the Eco-friendly recycling of Lead Acid battery scraps.

Leading Battery Manufacturer, M/s Exide Industries Ltd and of Best Suppliers Award from
