Dumbbell Press – Chest Press Machine
Incline Press – Chest Press Machine
Dumbbell Shoulder Press – Shoulder Press Machine
Cable Curls – Dumbbell Curls (interchangeable)
Bent Over Dumbbell Row – Seated Row (machine)
