NOTICE TO TENDER PAYMENT

Pursuant to the letter (SUBJECT: DIRECT CLAIM LETTER, herein attached) that
was stamped received by your good company last November 13, 2018, I, Susan
Llanera, daughter and administrator of the estate of Armeta Llanera, wish to inform
you of my intention to tender payment of a debt due by the late Armeta Llanera
last November 2 under the Ang Lingap Program and that should you unjustly
refuse to accept my payment, I intend to file for consignation with the proper court.

Please note that under the policy, the debtor is given a 30-day grace period to
renew said policy.
