INGREDIENTS

150g butter
150g dark chocolate
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup hot water
4 eggs
1.5 cups brown sugar
2 cups hazelnut meal/almond meal

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt together butter and dark chocolate
2. Combine cocoa and hot water. Add to butter
and chocolate
3. Separate 4 eggs. Beat the whites until stiff
and add gently fold in brown sugar
4. Add hazelnut meal and combine all well
together.
5. Bake in a cool oven 150c until cooked
