quested assistance from the Air Force for "Wings of the gpache."

final approval for filming. If request receives SAP/PA approvai
Mr. Byrd will be sent the film/tape agreement, and is aware tna
we will need certifications of insurance for each filming loca-
tion. He has been informed that proper paperwork to authorize
civilian aircraft onto military installations will also be re—
quired. In addition, requester agrees to provide us a copy of
Army approval of all helicopter flying scenes.
