Plaintiff, by counsel, respectfully states:

2. Regrettably, due to inadvertence, the undersigned

counsel was not able to appear before this Honorable Court for the

continuation of the presentation of evidence for the plaintiff,

specifically. For this, the undersigned counsel respectfully apologizes

for such inadvertence.

 3. Nevertheless, the records of the instant case would

readily show that the undersigned counsel has been actively

participating in all of the scheduled hearings for the above-captioned

case.

4. In the interest of justice, plaintiff respectfully moves and

implores this Honorable Court that the instant case be set for hearing

and that the undersigned counsel be allowed to continue with the

presentation of evidence of the plaintiff.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Honorable

Court set the case for hearing on such date and time most convenient

to the calendar of this Honorable Court.
