 Spraying of Haul Roads and Ramps
1. TUJUAN
Prosedur ini memberikan pedoman dasar untuk
memastikan bahwa jalan tambang sedang disiram
dengan cara yang benar dan water truk dioperasikan
dengan aman.
2. RUANG LINGKUP
Dokumen ini berlaku untuk proyek MCC Extraction
Solution beroperasi dan dimana Jalan harus disiram
untuk memastikan debu yang berlebihan yang
dihasilkan dari permukaan jalan dapat di kurangi dan

yang sudah diberikan tanda/batasan agar dapat
memposisikan water truck tepat di bawah pipa
pengisian.

ke tanah di sekitar pipa pengisian. Perhatikan
atau hati-hati selama mengisi tangki air dan
hindari tumpahan yang dapat menimbulkan

that mine roads are being watered in appropriate
manner and water trucks are operated safely.

This document applies to projects in the regions
where MCC Extraction Solution operates and Roads
shall be watered to ensure excessive dust is not
generated from road surfaces whilst maintaining
adequate friction on the road surface for the safe
operation of vehicles.

safety check at the start of each shift to determine
whether or not the grader is safe to operate.

Position the water truck under the stand pipe by
means of a marker on the ground which can be used
to line the truck up with the overhead pipe.

4.4.2 Aturan keselamatan

4.4.3 Safety Rules
Do not “over water” road
The water truck has the ability to endanger
lives, damage machines and halt mine
production through incorrect use. The
intention of road watering is simply to wet
the roads to suppress dust, not to wash the
road free of dust. The operator must select
the correct number or sprays to achieve the
desired dust suppression effect only.
If the water truck operator has just watered
an area and thinks that it is too wet, they
must contact a supervisor by radio to warn all
other operators using the area.
The Supervisor will consider sending a grader
to the affected area or diverting traffic if this
option is available.
Monitor weather condition
Monitor weather conditions, if rain is
imminent the operator shall contact the
supervisor and suspend road watering
activities.
Monitor dust condition
The operator shall monitor dust conditions
and prioritize watering activities as
conditions and mine traffic dictates.
Do not spray equipment
(For example: survey equipment, air
cleaners, wheel motors, tools etc.)
