IMPORTANT

1. Photo copies of Marks Cards & other certificates have to be attested by the Gazetted Officer.
2. The candidates must retain photo-copies of all the marks cards and certificates he/she submits to
the office of JSS CMS. After submission to the office, request for copies, under any pretext by the
students will not be entertained.
3. Procedures for applying for Hostel accommodation along with application forms for Hostel
admission will be provided on the day of admission.
4. As per college regulations it is necessary for students to submit anti-ragging declaration on stamp
paper, details of which should be collected from the office of JSS CMS on the day of admission.
5. The candidate seeking Government scholarships must provide evidence of atleast 7 years of
continuous study in the State of Karnataka, from Year 2006 to Year 2012.
