DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION


OF THE NEWLY ENROLLED/ADMITTED STUDENTS

The Coordination Offices of all Faculties/ Departments/ Institutes/ Colleges/ Centres/


Campuses/Schools shall forward the attested copies (as mentioned against each) of the
following documents to the Registrar Office, along with a complete list of enrolled students in
each program on the prescribed format, for the university registration:

FOR BACHELOR LEVEL:

1. University Registration Form (duly filled by the student) (1 copy)

2. SSC Certificate/Equivalence (2 copies)

3. SSC Result Card (2 copies)

4. HSS Certificate/Equivalence (duly attested by the concerned BISE) (2 copies)

5. HSSC Result Card (duly attested by the concerned BISE) (2 copies)

6. Student’s CNIC/B-Form (2 copies)

7. Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC (2 copies)

8. Domicile of the Student (2 copies)

9. Color Photographs of the Student (Passport Size) (06 Nos.)

10. Offer Letter (1 copy)

11. Fee Challan Form (1 copy)
