DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION
OF THE NEWLY ENROLLED/ADMITTED STUDENTS
The Coordination Offices of all Faculties/ Departments/ Institutes/ Colleges/ Centres/
Campuses/Schools shall forward the attested copies (as mentioned against each) of the following documents to the Registrar Office, along with a complete list of enrolled students in each program on the prescribed format, for the university registration:
FOR BACHELOR LEVEL:
1. University Registration Form (duly filled by the student) (1 copy)
2. SSC Certificate/Equivalence (2 copies)
3. SSC Result Card (2 copies)
4. HSS Certificate/Equivalence (duly attested by the concerned BISE) (2 copies)
5. HSSC Result Card (duly attested by the concerned BISE) (2 copies)
6. Student’s CNIC/B-Form (2 copies)
7. Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC (2 copies)
8. Domicile of the Student (2 copies)
9. Color Photographs of the Student (Passport Size) (06 Nos.)
