Create Organization plan

Give the Date range
Give the organization name and description in the specified area.
Create jobs by specifying the Job names and descriptions

Keep the cursor on the Organization name -> Right click and create positions
Assign the job to the position created earlier

Search the job and assign to the position

Create one more position and assign the job to that position by selecting
Assign the user to the position by searching and selecting from the search criteria
Create a Workflow ATemplate by using transaction PFTC

Give the Task a name and description and click on the workflow Builder
Right Click on the undefined step and select activity
Select create Task as show in the screen shot
Assign the task a name and description and fill the object type and select the
Method Create

Assign the Task a agent by selecting the Position

Come back to the task screen
Come back to the Activity screen.
Select enter and come to the work flow builder screen
Create one more Task for which we will assign Approve method
Assign the position to the task to whom already a user is assigned

Come back to the main Task screen , The system will propose the binding definition.
Click on the binding definition
Select the enter and it will perform automatic binding
Click on the Approve activity and go into the Outcomes tab and deactivate the New
Outcome by click on the Green button and it turn to grey colour
When you come back to main activity screen it will ask for the delete option of the
node Press enter and then you will come back to the Activity screen
Right click and select the user decision on the reject node of the work flow definition

Enter the following details

Right click on the Approved node of the work flow definition and select the mail
option
Select the Recipient type as email and give the email address, give the task a name
Right click on the Revise node of user decision and create an activity
Create the Task and use the method update
Double click the element creation on the workflow container and create a flag by
giving the following details

Right click and select the container operation

Copy the container operation and paste it just before the send mail node
Right click after the approval node and create a loop
Cut the approve activity and place with in the loop
Activate the workflow definition and execute
