Isle of Wight Trip – May 31st – June 2nd 2019

Dear Parent/Guardian
As I am sure your daughter/son has told you, we are organising a trip to the Isle of Wight from May
31st to June 2nd and I am now writing with more specific details and a request for your consent for
them to attend these days. We will confirm finer details closer to the time but the main information
is as follows:
Adults Attending: Lucia Pederiva, Aida Ladera-Munoz, Monica Pedraja-Serrano,
Marcello Iacone, Ambrogio Volonte, Francesco Ceriani and Joe Morgan

Travel - Dep: By train from London Waterloo – meeting at 9.30am followed by ferry from
Lymington to Yarmouth(Isle of Wight)

Travel – Ret: 3.00 pm ferry from Yarmouth to Lymington followed by train to London
Waterloo arriving by 6.30pm

Accomodation: YHA Hostel Totland Bay, Hurst Hill, Totland Bay, PO39 0HD
(N.B. We will have this entirely to ourselves)

Cost: £125 per person – this includes travel, accommodation, food & activities

Please could you complete the consent form also indicating any medical, dietary or other needs
that your child has that you feel we should know about and return it by Sunday 12th May to Lucia

If you have more than one child attending the trip you will need to complete a separate form for
each child.

Payment should be made to the following account by Sunday 12th May(if possible) or at your
earliest convenience(please indicate a date on the consent form).
