project on Ulawa Island, Makira Province. Project administration, procurement of supplies,
designed and supervised construction of 6 rural water supplies serving a population of 1,500
people comprising of 100 standpipes, 10 hand-pumped water wells, 50 pour-flush ventilated
latrines and 15km of water mains and reticulation pipe networks. Monthly action plans,
reconciliation of imprest accounts, physical and financial reporting, staffing matters.
Community development skills enhanced.

contracting of works and services, tremie concreting works, pre-fabricated bailey bridging

works, project administration and management support, staffing matters. This project was a
SBD$35 million funded by EU under 7th EDF. The project constructed 90km of rural road, 2
wharves and 19 bridges ranging from 5m to 60m in lengths.

industrial experience requirement of the University.
