Diversion / Cancellation of Trains

Due to ongoing Gujjar agitation, some trains have been Diverted/Cancelled/Short terminated or Running

Passengers’ are requested to follow the following procedure to smooth function of refund.

In case of Train Diversion OR Partial Train Cancellation (from intermediate Station) and passenger does
not want to travel,

TDR shall be filed upto seventy two hours of

1 schedule departure of the train at passenger’s
Boarding Station.

issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent
through post to IRCTC.

In case of Train Late More Than Three Hours and passenger does not want to travel,

TDR shall be filed before the actual departure of

Train Late More Than Three Hours and
1 the train for availing full refund.
Passenger Not Travelled.

 Railways will process the TDR Request and applicable refund will be processed in the account from
which ticket amount was paid.
