Congratulations, the Young Innovators!

There is some information you need to know regarding program’s document. Please read and
understand carefully.
1. From the folder, you will get five documents :
a. Letter of Acceptance
b. Indemnity Form
c. Urgent Information (Must Be Read)
d. Visa Information
e. Program Proposal

2. Please read the indemnity form carefully. Fill the blank columns and put your
signature on it. It should be sent back to team@younginnovatorssummit.com
maximum a week (7 days) after you received the LoA. If there is no confirmation, it
means you are resign.
*For Indonesian only: Since we received many applicants from Indonesia, we have limited quota for
30 team from Indonesia, by sending indemnity form and commitment fee IDR 150,000 to make sure
you are a part of 30 team. Please send the commitment fee payment confirmation by attached the
slip payment along with indemnity form.

3. The payment should be paid before 15th September 2018.

4. After you make a payment, please send your slip payment to

Example: Naisha Sandra_Indonesia.

5. Once you send your payment confirmation email, we will verify your payment and
send the confirmation for you.
