ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identify and record any Process, Product and/or System Non-conformances.
 Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of Process, Product and/or system nonconformity.
 Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

assembly as QA engineer in NPD department.
 Successfully implemented the Online SPC system in Quality Critical Processes.
 Reduced the inspection time from 30 seconds to 10 seconds by implementing Multi air gauge in OD
grinding process.
 Reduced Process variation in OD Grinding operation on various diameters with same wheel to achieve
desired Cp, Cpk value of 1.33.
 Reduced the Process Variation in Fine boring operation using digi bore to achieve desired Cp, Cpk value
of 1.67.
 Implemented Vision Camera in the Crank Shaft Assembly to identify the Thread Missing, Key Way
Missing, and wrong assembly in PDI.
 Implemented Laser sensor in Crank Shaft Assembly Pressing machine to identify the Thread missing in
the components.
