 Responsible for establish and develop sourcing strategy and contribute in supplier’s evaluation, selection, suppliers
process and system up gradation. Scouting for potential new suppliers and technologies.

 Control suppliers through PPM, internal and external complaints, its 8D, CAPA, root cause analysis and, also using
tools like regular informing about supplier performance and also by technical assistance.
 To check the capability of suppliers to use Lean and Industrial engineering techniques and guide them for appropriate
projects for quality improvements, which will be win-win for both organizations.
 Leading improvement activities like cost reduction while negotiations help to find sub supplier, help sub supplier for
any quality or quantity issue by intervening through supplier.
 To guide supplier for Engineering changes, technology transfer, plant shifting to ensure smooth schedules and quality
meet.
 Contrinute in to Warrenty analysis & reduction plan, CONQ reduction, represent to customer / OEM audits. Analysis
on customer complaints & its reduction plan. Monitor customer Q scorecard, Ford Q1, VW Q Capability, TML WCM,
M&M.
 To be connected with all departments, subordinates to improve the response time. Also ensuring the all testing’s
availability at incoming and third party implementation and debits to suppliers for NC’s.
 To take appropriate data collection and its verification while proto, PPAP manufacturing also as per process audit plan
like Run & Rate, Process Qualification, and also check as per Meritor’s standards.
 To follow and maintain the TS systems. To ensure performance feedback to suppliers.
 To work with local and international team and management for new projects, resource requirements, budgets and the
P&L for the department. Also to work on the burden performance project globally.
 To use the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt techniques to reduce PPM for the critical parts. Manage the multiple projects at
different supplier locations.
 To generate MIS reports monthly, weekly and share with management to sustain process and to do improvements.
Ensuring the timely quality respond to avoid line stoppages or production delays.
