 May 2019 – Apr 2020: Work at Techtronic Industry Vietnam (Techtronic Industries (TTI), is a
multi-national company specializing in designs, manufactures, and markets power tools,
outdoor power equipment, accessories, hand tools, layout and measuring tools, floor care and
appliances) with position:
 Supplier Quality Engineer

 Main responsible for mechanical components, engines, pumps and supervise all material
components
 Conduct periodic supplier audit in regard to product, process and quality management system.
 Closely follow up with suppliers for effectiveness of corrective action on non-conformities found
during audits to prevent quality risk.
 Manage projects for new supplier, new product, follow-up from EB to mass production,
Troubleshooting during product development
 Identify process changes and new process capability.
 Conduct weekly and monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of Incoming material
DPPM / Lot acceptance rate (LAR), Audit issue, material-related issues in production and
customer complaint.

follow quality issues found by IQC, mass production and customer complaint.

 Sep 2010 – Apr 2019: Work at Schaeffler Vietnam Co., Ltd (Schaeffler is a dynamic global
technology company, as partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key

 IQC Engineer – 1st position since 2010
 Supplier Quality Engineer – 2nd position since Feb 2015

 Supplier quality management - to support and monitor supplier understanding and

implementation of Schaeffer quality requirements to meet project plan, production plan and
customer requirements. Focus is product and plant oriented. APQP project management for
new parts. Taking care of supplier complaints and quality:
 Release new suppliers with release procedure "Potential Analysis" including follow-up of
improvements and verification on-site
 Coordinate the planning of new POT requests: Planning of schedule, planning of team,
alignment and preparation of supplier, coordination of schedules, inviting of technical experts …
 Development of new suppliers/existing supplier by definition of actions and continuous follow-
