Present: SH. Vishal Gupta, Adv., counsel for DH.
Official Mahavir, Clerk along­with GP Sh. Sandeep 
on behalf of JD.
Official   Mahavir,   Clerk   from   the   office   of   GM
Haryana Roadways, Karnal has appeared along­with Ld. GP and
has suffered a statement that:
“We   have   made   the   entire   payment   of   the   decreetal
amount to the DH except the payment of interest on the arrears
of pension and same shall be given to the DH within a period of
15 days from the date of supply of revised pension statement by
the DH in our office.”
Thereafter,  counsel for DH has also suffered his separate
statement that:
“I   have   read   the   above­said   statement   of   the   concerned
clerk   of   the   JD.   I   have   no   objection,  if   the   present  execution
petition   be   disposed   off   in   view   of   the   statement   of   the   JD
subject to strict compliance of the above­said statement of the
Jds   without   prejudice   to   my   rights   to   avail   appropriate   legal
remedy in case of breach of statement made by the Jds, today in
the Court.”
Heard. Statement of both parties perused. In view of
statement, JD is directed to bound by the statement made today
in the Court and he is further directed to pay the interest on
arrears   of   pension   amount,   as   per   statement   made   today.
Therefore, in view of statements made today, present execution
application stands disposed off being satisfied. File be consigned
to record­room.
