Upon application, accused Lalita is exempted from

personal appearance for today only.
Ld. counsel for accused persons submits that he is not
feeling well and is unable to argue on the pioint of charge today.
He seeks an adjournment.
Request for adjournment is not opposed.
Accordingly, application stands adjourned.
At this stage, ld. counsel for accused has moved an
application seeking permission of the Court to get sign 35
cheques bearing no. 349496 to 349530 from accused Nirdhosh
for his shop which is being run by his son.
Ld. Additional PP for State as well as ld. counsel for
complainant submits that they have no objection if the said
application is allowed.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
In view of facts and circumstances as mentioned in the
application, submissions made and in view of no objection of ld.
Additional PP for State as well as ld. counsel for complainant,
application is allowed. Accused Nirdosh is permitted to sign 35

cheques bearing no. 349496 to 349530 required for his shop,
which is being run by his son. Accordingly, accused Nirdosh has
singed the said cheques in the Court today.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
Notice be issued to IO for assistance to ld. Additional
PP for State on the point of charge.
Put up for consideration of charge on 04.03.2024.
