    This application has been moved seeking release of


    the applicant/accused Sunny @ Rakesh on interim bail for 15
    days.
    Reply filed by IO. Same is taken on record.
    Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that
    applicant's father who is aged about 67 years has to undergo a
    surgery for spine decompression and date of surgery was fixed
    for 10.02.2024. Hon'ble High Court of Delhi had granted interim
    bail to the applicant for the said surgery in two cases i.e. FIR
    No.492/2015 and 303/2014 vide order dt. 02.02.2024 and
    06.02.2024 respectively. However, the applicant was released on
    14.02.2024 and therefore, the surgery had to be postponed. Now,
    the surgery has been rescheduled for 07.03.2024. Applicant had
    again moved Hon'ble Delhi High Court and he has been directed
    to be released on 05.03.2024 vide order dt. 27.02.2024 in case
    FIR No.303/2014.
    This application has been moved on the similar
    ground which had been taken by the applicant before Hon'ble
    Delhi High Court wherein Hon'ble Delhi High Court has allowed

    the application. In these circumstances, the application is


    allowed. Applicant is released on interim bail for 15 days from
    the date of his release subject to condition of furnishing
    personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with surety in like
    amount.
    The applicant shall not directly or indirectly
    influence any witness or shall tamper with the evidence and shall
    surrender before the jail authorities upon expiry of the interim
    bail.
    It is clarified that nothing observed hereinabove
    shall have any bearing on the merits of the case.
    The application stands disposed off.
    Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail
    Superintendent.
    Copy of the order be given dasti.
