    It is reported that Sh. Vijender Kharb, ld. Additional PP


    (substitute) for State has been deputed for duty in this Court for
    today since Sh. V.K. Swami, ld. Additional PP (regular) for State,
    is on leave today. It is further reported that Sh. Vijender Kharb,
    ld. Additional PP (substitute) for State is busy in his own regular
    Court i.e. Court of Ms. Vandana Jain, Ld. ASJ, South-West
    District, Dwarka Courts.
    This is an application u/s 439(2) CrPC moved on
    behalf of applicant/complainant Abhilasha Tyagi for cancellation
    of bail granted to accused Lalita in pursuance of interim order
    dated 17.08.2023 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Bail
    Application No. 2691/23.
    Since none has appeared on behalf of State, application
    stands adjourned.
    Put up for consideration of application alongwith main
    case on the date already fixed in the main case i.e. on 21.03.2024
    at 2.00 pm.
