    The application for anticipatory bail u/s 438 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner as named above
    is taken up for hearing.
    The IO has submitted compliance report.
    It appears that prayer for anticipatory bail of this accused petitioner was rejected on
    earlier occasion by this Court.
    Accordingly, the instant application u/s 438 Cr.P.C., being 2nd application is not
    maintainable and hence, stands rejected.
    The Crl. Misc. Case is thus disposed of.
