    The   accused   is   directed   to   furnish   bond   U/s.   437A
    Cr.P.C on NDOH for a sum of Rs. 20,000/­ alongwith one surety of
    like amount. 
    Put up the matter for furnishing of bond U/s. 437A Cr.PC
    and for final arguments on 07.02.2023 at 02:15 pm.
