UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

This Court while issuing notice on 01st February, 2021

passed the following order:

“Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be
arrested in connection with FIR No. 08/2018 dated 6th
August, 2018 District Bokaro-Sub-Division-Chas Police
Station.
However, the petitioner would file bail bonds before
the trial court for his appearance on the terms and
conditions that would be fixed by the trial court”

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

we are of the considered view that the interim protection

granted by this Court on 01st February, 2021, shall

continue to operate till the final disposal of the matter

by the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the Special Leave Petition

is disposed of.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
