 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R

We have perused the report of the Medical Board.

The cause for any interim bail on medical ground does not

subsist any more. The petitioner to surrender within seven days.

Now coming to the issue of regular bail, it is the submission

of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has

been filed and only two witnesses have been examined out of 70

witnesses. He submits that the progress of the trial is slow as

there is only one steno taking down the evidence by hand.

We have also perused paragraph 13 of the impugned order which

reflects the view of the Supreme Court in the Order dated

23.7.2019.

We call upon the State to submit to us their tentative

schedule for completion of trial and also verify whether it is a

fact as to the nature of assistance available with the judge trying

this matter in terms of the steno-graphical assistance (it is urged

only one steno is noting in hand)

The needful be done within one month from today.

List after a month.
