Sushil Chawla is suffering from psychological disorder and is under
treatment. Accused Preeti Chawla is stated to be daughter in law of accused
Sushil Chawla. It is submitted that on account of the ill health of accused
Sushil Chawla, she cannot be left alone and thus her daughter in law Preeti
Chawla had stayed back at home.
An application for exemption from personal appearance has been

moved on behalf of Accused-H.C.Chawla, it is submitted that he has recently
undergone an eye surgery on account of which he is unable to appear in
court. Court notice be issued to the concerned SHO to verify the condition of
accused Sushil Chawla and Accused H.C. Chawla and to file a written report
regarding the same by the NDOH.
Accused Preeti Chawla on account of illness of her mother in law is

exempted from personal appearance for today only.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for Accused Manish Chawla that she

has already applied for the certified copy of the order of the Hon'ble DRT in
terms of order dated 03.09.2016 and she undertakes to file the same on the
NDOH.
Previous cost has been partly paid on behalf of the accused persons
to the complainant. The remaining amount of Rs. 500/- be paid by the next
date.
List the matter for reply/arguments on the application for

dropping of proceedings moved on behalf of accused no. 6 on

accused no. 6, therefore application of accused no. 6 stands rejected.
Accused no. 2 Manish is stated to be in JC in some matter, PS Amar
Colony and is stated to be lodged in Tihar, Jail no. 9.
Let production warrant of accused no. 2 Manish be issued for NDOH.

undertakings as per directions in said judgment and accused no.03 and 05 are burdened with
cost of Rs.5,000/ in total to be paid to the complainant side on NDOH for delaying the
matter.
Accused no.02 shall also file his authority letter for representing accused no.01
