Along with the suit an application under section 80(2) of CPC seeking exemption from service of notice has also been moved by the plaintiff. Heard. Keeping in view the urgency involved in the matter, the plaintiff is exempted to serve notice upon the defendants. Let, notice of the suit as well as application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with section 151 CPC be given to the defendants for 04.02.2022 on filing of PF, SF, copy etc. Plaintiffs/their authorized agent or Advocate is directed to prepare and submit the summons in the prescribed form in duplicate duly countersigned by him with as many copies of the plaint on plain papers as there are defendants, for today, along with requisite fees or service of summons on the defendants.
