Please read this Inspirational Message

Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem
Du’a is the most powerful weapon for a believer. It can change your destiny.

It is the brain of ‘Ibadah’ or worship. With it we can never fail; without it we can
never succeed.

Du’a is a conversation with Allah, our Creator, our lord and Master, the All-
Knowing, the All-Powerful. It is the most uplifting, liberating, empowering and
transforming conversation a person can ever have.

Through Du’a we strengthen our Iman and our relationship with Allah, as well
as heighten our awareness of cause and effect that can help inspire and
motivate us to be closer to Islam in our lives, and that is the essence of worship!

How to use:
The Du’a sheet has 20 Du’as. These Du’as have been selected to cover off on a
variety of aspects of life which can help us become better Muslims and reach
Jannah In-shaa-Allaah.

Each Du’a is shown in Arabic, the English transliteration and then the English
meaning.

1. Start your Du’a through praising Allah swt, do not be hasty. Glorify Allah. A Du’a is provided
overleaf.

2. Send your Salaam to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him). A Du’a is provided
overleaf.

3. Recite the Du’as provided or any other Du’as you know of.

4. End your Du’a with making Du’a for the Muslim Ummah.

When making Du’a use as many names and attributes of Allah that you know. The main
name used is Rab, Rabi or Rabbana. If you are in a desperate situation mention the good
deeds you have done so that Allah may increase the importance of your Du’a.

Allahumma lakal-hamdu anta noorus-samawaati wal-ardi wa man fihinna,
wa lakal-hamdu anta qayyimus-samawaati wal-ardi wa man fihinna,
wa lakal-hamdu anta rabbus-samawaati wal-ardi wa man fihinna.

O Allah! For You is all Praise - You are the Light of the Heavens and the Earth and all that is
in them; and for You is all Praise – You are the Guardian of the Heavens and the Earth
and all that is in them; and for You is all Praise – you are the Lord of the Heavens
and the Earth and all that is in them.

.‫ﻳﻡ ِﺇﻧ ََﻙ َﺣ ِﻣﻳﺩ ٌ َﻣ ِﺟﻳﺩ‬ َ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻝ ِﺇﺑ َْﺭﺍ ِﻫ‬ َ ‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ِﺇﺑ َْﺭﺍ ِﻫ‬
َ ‫ﻳﻡ َﻭ‬ َ ‫ﺕ‬ َ ‫ﺎﺭ ْﻛ‬ َ َ‫ُﻣ َﺣ ﱡﻣ ٍﺩ َﻛ َﻣﺎ ﺑ‬
Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala Muhammad, kamaa sallayta ala Ibraheema wa
alaa aali Ibrahim, Innaka hameedun Majeed. Wa barik ala Muhammadin wa ala aali
Muhammad, kama barakta ala Ibrahima wa ala aali Ibrahim, Innaka hameedun majeed.

O Allah! Send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the followers Muhammad, just as you sent prayers upon
Ibrahim and upon the followers of Ibrahim. Verily, you are Praiseworthy, Glorious. And O Allah! Send
blessings upon Muhammad and upon the followers Muhammad, just as you sent blessings upon Ibrahim
and upon the followers of Ibrahim. Verily, you are are Praiseworthy, Glorious.

Du’a 3-4: To reinforce and preserve your faith.

َ ‫ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ُﻬ ﱠﻡ ِﺍ ِﻧّ ْﻰ ﺍ َ ْﺳﺋَﻠ ُ َﻙ ِﺍ ْﻳ َﻣﺎﻧًﺎ ﺩﺍَ ِﺋ ًﻣﺎ ﱠﻭ ﺍَ ْﺳﺋَﻠُ َﻙ ﻗَ ْﻠﺑًﺎ ﺧَﺎ ِﺷﻌًﺎ ﱠﻭ ﺍ َ ْﺳﺋَﻠ ُ َﻙ ﻳَ ْﻘ ِﻳﻧًﺎ‬
‫ﺻﺎ ِﺩﻗًﺎ ﱠﻭ ﺍ َ ْﺳﺋ َﻠُ َﻙ ِﺩﻳﻧﺎ ﻗَ ِﻳّ ًﻡ‬
Allahumma inni asaluka imaanan daāiman, wa asaluka qalban khashi’an,
wa asaluka yaqįnan saadiqan, wa asaluka deenan qayyiman.

O Allah! I ask Thee for everlasting iman; and I ask Thee [for] a heart which should fear Thee;
and I ask Thee [for] a true confidence in Thee; and I ask Thee [for] a firm deen.

ُ ‫ﻧﺕ ْﺍﻟ َﻭ ﱠﻫ‬
‫ﺎﺏ‬ َ ‫ﺏ ﻟَﻧَﺎ ِﻣﻥ ﻟﱠﺩ‬
َ َ‫ُﻧﻙ َﺭ ْﺣ َﻣﺔً ِﺇﻧﱠ َﻙ ﺃ‬ ْ ‫َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ ﻻَ ﺗ ُ ِﺯ‬
ْ ‫ﻍ ﻗُﻠُﻭ َﺑﻧَﺎ َﺑ ْﻌﺩَ ِﺇ ْﺫ َﻫﺩَ ْﻳﺗَﻧَﺎ َﻭ َﻫ‬
Rabbanaa laa tuzigh quloobanaa ba'-da id'hadaytanaa wa hab lanaa mil ladunka rah'mah
innaka antal wahhaab.

O our Lord, do not suffer our hearts to go astray after You have (rightly) guided us, grant us mercy
from You, for verily You and You (alone) are the ever bestower.

5 Du’a 5: To increase/enhance your memory.

‫ﺕ ْﺍﻟ َﻌ ِﻠﻳ ُﻡ ْﺍﻟ َﺣ ِﻛﻳ ُﻡ‬ َ ‫ﺳُ ْﺑ َﺣﺎﻧ ََﻙ َﻻ ِﻋ ْﻠ َﻡ ﻟَﻧَﺎ ِﺇ ﱠﻻ َﻣﺎ‬
َ ‫ﻋﻠﱠ ْﻣﺗَﻧَﺎ ۖ ِﺇﻧﱠ َﻙ ﺃ َ ْﻧ‬
Subhanaka la ‘ilma lana ‘illa ma ‘allamtana ‘innaka ‘antal-’Alimul Hakim

O Allah! I ask You for useful Knowledge.

Du’a 6-8: Asking for pious children

6 َ ‫ٱﺟ َﻌ ۡﻠﻧَﺎ ِﻟ ۡﻠ ُﻣﺗ ﱠ ِﻘ‬

ۡ ‫ٲﺟﻧَﺎ َﻭﺫ ُ ِ ّﺭﻳﱠ ٰـ ِﺗﻧَﺎ ﻗُ ﱠﺭﺓ َ ﺃ َ ۡﻋﻳ ُ ۬ ٍﻥ َﻭ‬
‫ﻳﻥ ِﺇ َﻣﺎ ًﻣﺎ‬ ِ ‫َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ َﻫ ۡﺏ ﻟَﻧَﺎ ِﻣ ۡﻥ ﺃ َ ۡﺯ َﻭ‬
Rabbanaa hablanaa min azwaajinaa wa zhurriy-yaatinaa qurrata a’A-yun.
waj’Alnaa lil-muttaqeena imaamaa.

Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort
of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous.

َ ُ ‫ﺻﻠَ ٰﻭ ِﺓ َﻭ ِﻣﻥ ﺫ ُ ِ ّﺭﻳﱠ ِﺗﻰۚ َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ َﻭﺗَﻘَﺑ ۡﱠﻝ ﺩ‬

‫ﻋﺎ ٓ ِء‬ ‫ﻳﻡ ٱﻟ ﱠ‬ ۡ ۡ ‫ﺏ‬
7 َ ‫ٱﺟ َﻌﻠ ِﻧﻰ ُﻣ ِﻘ‬ ِ ّ ‫َﺭ‬
Rabbij-’Alnii muqeemas salaati wa minn zhurriy-yatii: rabbanaa wa taqabbal du’AA.

O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my
offspring O our Lord! and accept Thou my Innovation.

‫ﺣﻳﻥ‬
َ ‫ﺻ ِﻠ‬
‫ﺏ َﻫﺏ ﻟﻰ ِﻣ َﻥ ﺍﻟ ﱣ‬
ِ ّ ‫َﺭ‬
8 Rabbi hab lee minassaaliheen

My Lord ! grant me (offspring) from the righteous.

9 Du’a 9-10: Seeking Forgiveness

‫ﺕ‬ َ ‫ﻅﻠَ ْﻣﺕُ ﻧَ ْﻔ ِﺳ ْﻲ ﻓَﺎ ْﻏ ِﻔ ْﺭ ِﻟ ْﻲ ِﺍﻧﱠ ٗﻪ َﻻ َﻳ ْﻐ ِﻔ ُﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﱡﻧ ُ ْﻭ‬

َ ‫ﺏ ِﺍﻻﱠ ﺍَ ْﻧ‬ َ ‫ﺏ ِﺇ ِﻧّﻲ‬
ِ ّ ‫َﺭ‬
Rabbe innee zalamto nafsee faghfir lee innahu laa yaghferuz zooba illaa anta

O My Lord! Verily I have been unjust to myself So forgive me (for it) Indeed none pardons the sins
except Thee.

10 َ ‫ﻁﺄ ْ ﻧَﺎ َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ َﻭ ﻻ ﺗ َْﺣ ِﻣ ْﻝ‬

‫ﻋﻠَ ْﻳﻧَﺂ‬ ْ ‫ﺍﺧ ْﺫﻧﺂ ِﺇﻧﻧَ ِﺳ َﻳﻧﺂ ْﺃﻭ‬
َ ‫ﺃﺧ‬ ِ ‫َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ ﻻ ﺗ ُ َﺅ‬
َ ‫ﻳﻥ ِﻣﻥ ﻗَ ْﺑ ِﻠﻧَﺎ ﺝ َﺭﺑﱠﻧَﺎ َﻭ ﻻ ﺗ ُ َﺣ ّﻣ ْﻠﻧَﺎ َﻣﺎ ﻻ‬
َ‫ﻁﺎﻗَﺔ‬ َ ‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ﺍْﻟﱠ ِﺫ‬ َ ‫ﺻ ًﺭﺍ َﻛ َﻣﺎ َﺣ َﻣ ْﻠﺗ َﻪ‬ ْ ‫ﺇ‬
َ ‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ْﺍﻟﻘَ ْﻭ ِﻡ ْﺍﻟ َﻛ ِﻔ ِﺭ‬
‫ﻳﻥ‬ ُ ‫ﺃﻧﺕ ُﻣ ْﻭﻟَﻧَﺎ ﻓَﺎْﻧ‬
َ ‫ﺻ ْﺭﻧَﺎ‬ َ ‫ﻟَﻧَﺎ ِﺑ ِﻪ َﻭﺍْ ْﻋﻔُ َﻌﻧﱠﺎ َﻭ ﺍْ ْﻏ ِﻔ ْﺭﻟَﻧَﺎ َﻭﺍْ ْﺭ َﺣ ْﻣﻧَﺂ‬
Rabbana la tu'a-khidhna in-nasina aw akta'na, Rabbana wa la tahmil 'alaiyna isran
kama hamaltahu 'alal-ladheena min qablina.
Rabbana wala tuham-milna mala taqata-lana beh.
Wa'fu-'anna, waghfir-lana war hamna, Anta maulana fansurna 'alal qawmil kaafireen.

Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord!
Lay not on us a burden like that which Thou didst lay on those before us;
Our Lord! lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear.
Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us, Thou art our Protector;
Help us against those who stand against Faith.

Du’a 11: 70,000 Angels Assigned To Seek Forgiveness For You

‫ﺍﻟﺭ ْﺣﻣٰ ُﻥ ﱠ‬
.‫ﺍﻟﺭ ِﺣ ْﻳ ُﻡ‬ ‫ﺷ َﻬﺎﺩَ ِﺓ ﻫ َُﻭ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺏ َﻭﺍﻟ ﱠ‬ َ ،‫ﻯ َﻵ ﺍ ِٰﻟﻪَ ِﺍﻻﱠ ﻫ َُﻭ‬
ِ ‫ﻋﺎ ِﻟ ُﻡ ْﺍﻟﻐَ ْﻳ‬ ْ ‫ﻫ َُﻭ ﷲ ُ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺫ‬
،‫ﱠﺎﺭ ْﺍﻟ ُﻣﺗ َ َﻛ ِﺑ ُّﺭ‬
ُ ‫ﺳ َﻼ ُﻡ ْﺍﻟ ُﻣﺅْ ِﻣ ُﻥ ْﺍﻟ ُﻣ َﻬﻳ ِْﻣ ُﻥ ْﺍﻟﻌَ ِﺯﻳ ُْﺯ ْﺍﻟ َﺟﺑ‬ ‫ﺱ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬ ُ ‫ ْﺍﻟ َﻣ ِﻠﻙُ ْﺍﻟﻘُﺩ ْﱡﻭ‬،‫ﻯ َﻵ ﺍ ِٰﻟﻪَ ِﺍﻻﱠ ﻫ َُﻭ‬
ْ ‫ﻫ َُﻭ ﷲُ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺫ‬
،‫ﺻ ّ ِﻭ ُﺭ ﻟَﻪ ُ ْﺍﻻَ ْﺳ َﻣﺂ ُء ْﺍﻟ ُﺣ ْﺳ ٰﻧﻰ‬ َ ‫ﺉ ْﺍﻟ ُﻣ‬
ُ ‫ﺎﺭ‬ِ َ‫ ﻫ َُﻭ ﷲُ ْﺍﻟﺧَﺎ ِﻟ ُﻕ ْﺍﻟﺑ‬. ‫ﻋ ﱠﻣﺎ ﻳ ُ ْﺷ ِﺭﻛُ ْﻭ َﻥ‬ َ ‫ﷲ‬ ِ ‫ﺎﻥ‬ َ ‫ﺳُ ْﺑ َﺣ‬
‫ َﻭ ﻫ َُﻭ ْﺍﻟ َﻌ ِﺯﻳ ُْﺯ ْﺍﻟ َﺣ ِﻛ ْﻳ ُﻡ‬،‫ﺽ‬ ِ ‫ﺕ َﻭ ْﺍﻻَ ْﺭ‬ ِ ‫ﺳ َﻣ َﺎﻭﺍ‬ ‫ﺳ ِﺑّ ُﺢ ﻟَ ٗﻪ َﻣﺎ ِﻓﻰ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬َ ُ‫ﻳ‬
Howal laahul lazee laa elaaha illa howa, a'alemul ghaybe wash-shahaadate howar
rahmaanur raheem. Howal laahul lazee laa elaaha illaa howal malekul qudoosus
salaamul moamenul mohaymenul a'zeezul jabbaarul motakabbero, subhaanal laahe
a'mmaa yushrekoon howal laahul khaalequl bare-ul mosawweso lahul asmee-ul
husnaa, yosabbeho lahu maa fis-samawaate wal-arz, wa howal a'zeezul hakeem.

He is Allah There is no god. Save He: The Knower of the unseen and the seen He is the Beneficent
The Most Merciful. He is Allah There is no god Save He: the king the Holy, the peace loving (the
Bestower of) conviction. The Guardian (over all) the Ever-Prevalent. The Supreme, the Great
Absolute! Hallowed is Allah from what they associate (with Him). He is Allah the Creator, the
Maker, The Fashioner. His are all the Excellent names: Halloweth Him whatsoever is in the
heavens the earth: and He is the Ever Prevalent the All-Wise

Du’a 12-13: Protection From Satan & Hellfire

،‫ﺽ‬ ِ ‫ﺕ َﻭ ْﺍﻷ َ ْﺭ‬ ِ ‫ﻣﺎﻭﺍ‬َ ‫ﺳ‬ ‫ﺎﻁ َﺭ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬ ِ َ‫ﺷ َﻬﺎﺩَ ِﺓ ﻓ‬ ‫ﺏ َﻭﺍﻟ ﱠ‬ ِ ‫ﻋﺎ ِﻟ َﻡ ْﺍﻟﻐَ ْﻳ‬َ ‫ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ُﻬ ﱠﻡ‬
،‫ﺕ‬ َ ‫ ﺃ َ ْﺷ َﻬﺩ ُ ﺃ َ ْﻥ َﻻ ِﺇﻟَﻪَ ِﺇ ﱠﻻ ﺃ َ ْﻧ‬،ُ ‫ﺷ ْﻲ ٍء َﻭ َﻣ ِﻠﻳ َﻛﻪ‬
َ ‫ﺏ ﻛُ ِّﻝ‬ ‫َﺭ ﱠ‬
،‫ﺎﻥ َﻭ ِﺷ ْﺭ ِﻛ ِﻪ‬ ِ ‫ﻁ‬ َ ‫ﺷ ْﻳ‬‫ َﻭ ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺷ ِ َّﺭ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬،‫ﺃَﻋُﻭﺫ ُ ِﺑ َﻙ ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺷ ِ َّﺭ ﻧَ ْﻔ ِﺳﻲ‬
‫ ﺃَ ْﻭ ﺃ َ ُﺟ ﱠﺭﻩ ُ ِﺇﻟَﻰ ُﻣ ْﺳ ِﻠ ٍﻡ‬،ً‫ﻋﻠَﻰ ﻧَ ْﻔ ِﺳﻲ ﺳُﻭءﺍ‬ َ ‫ﻑ‬ َ ‫َﻭﺃ َ ْﻥ ﺃ َ ْﻗﺗ َِﺭ‬
Allaahumma 'Aalimal-ghaybi wash-shahaadati faatiras-samaawaati wal'ardhi, Rabba
kulli shay in wa maleekahu, 'ash-hadu 'an laa 'ilaaha illaa 'Anta, 'a'oothu bika min shar
nafsee, wa min sharrish-shaytaani wa shirkihi, wa 'an 'aqtarifa 'alaa nafsee soo'an, aw
'ajurrahu 'ilaa Muslimin.

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the evident, Maker of the heavens and the earth, Lord of
everything and its Possessor, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek
refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil of Satan and his helpers. (I seek refuge in
You) from bringing evil upon my soul and from harming any Muslim.

13 ‫ﺫﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻧّﺎ‬
َ ‫ﻋ‬ َ ‫ﺳﻧَﺔً َﻭ ِﻗﻧﺎ‬
َ ‫ﺍﻝءﺍﺧ َﺭ ِﺓ َﺣ‬
ِ ‫ﺳﻧَﺔً َﻭ ِﻓﻰ‬
َ ‫َﺭﺑﱠﻧﺎ ءﺍ ِﺗﻧﺎ ِﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺩﱡﻧﻳﺎ َﺣ‬
Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanatan wa fil aakhirati hasanatan waqina azaabannaar

Our Lord ! grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the torment of the Fire.

Du’a 14-15: Cure from grief and distress

‫ﻲ َﻳﺎ ﻗَﻳ ْﱡﻭ ُﻡ ِﺑ َﺭ ْﺣ َﻣ ِﺗ َﻙ ﺃ َ ْﺳﺗَ ِﻐﻳْﺙ‬
‫َﻳﺎ َﺣ ﱡ‬
Yaa Hayyu yaa Qayyoom bi rahmatika astagheeth'
O Ever Living. O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help.

،‫ﻲ ُﺣ ْﻛ ُﻣ َﻙ‬ ‫ﺎﺽ ِﻓ ﱠ‬ ٍ ‫ َﻣ‬،‫َﺎﺻ َﻳ ِﺗﻲ ِﺑ َﻳـ ِﺩ َﻙ‬ ِ ‫ـﻙ ﻧ‬ َ ‫ﻋﺑْـ ِﺩ َﻙ ﺍ ْﺑ ُﻥ ﺃَ َﻣ ِﺗ‬
َ ‫ﻋﺑْـﺩ َُﻙ ﺍ ْﺑ ُﻥ‬ َ ‫ﻟﻠّ ُﻬـ ﱠﻡ ِﺇ ِﻧّﻲ‬
،‫ﺳ َﻙ ﺃ ِْﻭ ﺃ َ ْﻧﺯَ ْﻟﺗ َـﻪ ُ ِﻓﻲ ِﻛﺗ َﺎ ِﺑ َﻙ‬
َ ‫ْﺕ ِﺑ ِﻪ ﻧَ ْﻔ‬َ ‫ﺳ ﱠﻣـﻳ‬ َ ‫ـﻙ ِﺑﻛُ ِّﻝ ﺍ ْﺳ ٍﻡ ﻫ َُﻭ ﻟَ َﻙ‬ َ ُ ‫ﺎﺅﻙ ﺃ َ ْﺳﺄَﻟ‬

‫ﺏ‬ َ ‫ـﻙ ﺃَ ِﻭ ﺍ ْﺳﺗَـﺄْﺛَ ْﺭ‬َ ‫ﻋﻠﱠ ْﻣـﺗَﻪ ُ ﺃَ َﺣﺩﺍ ً ِﻣ ْﻥ ﺧ َْﻠ ِﻘ‬
َ ‫ﺃ َ ْﻭ‬
‫ﺎﺏ َﻫ ِ ّﻣـﻲ‬ َ ‫ـﺯ ِﻧﻲ ﻭﺫَ َﻫ‬ ْ ‫ﺻـﺩ ِْﺭﻱ ﻭ َﺟ َﻼ َء ُﺣ‬ َ ‫ﻧﻭﺭ‬ َ ‫ َﻭ‬،‫ﺁﻥ َﺭ ِﺑﻳـ َﻊ ﻗَ ْﻠ ِﺑـﻲ‬ َ ‫ِﻋ ْﻧـﺩَ َﻙ ﺃ َ ْﻥ ﺗ َْﺟـ َﻌ َﻝ ﺍﻟﻘُ ْﺭ‬
Allaahumma inni ‘abduka ibn ‘abdika ibn amatika naasyati bi yadika, maada fiyya
hukmuka, ‘adlun fiyya qadaa’uka. As’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi
nafsaka aw anzaltahu fi kitaabika aw ‘allamtahu ahadan min khalqika aw ista’tharta bihi
fi ‘ilm il-ghayb ‘indaka an taj’al al-Qur’aana rabee’ qalbi wa noor sadri wa jalaa’ huzni wa
dhihaab hammi.

O Allah I am Your slave, son of Your slave, son of Your maidservant; my forelock is in Your hand,
Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every
name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You
taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You,
that You make the Quran the life of my heart and the light of my breast.

‫ﻋﻧﱠﺎ ﺍﻟﺩﱠﻳ َْﻥ َﻭ ﺃ َ ْﻏ ِﻧﻧَﺎ ِﻣ َﻥ ْﺍﻟﻔَ ْﻘ ِﺭ‬

َ ‫ﺏ ْﺍﻟ َﻌ ْﺭ ِﺵ ْﺍﻟ َﻌ ِﻅﻳ ِْﻡ‬
‫ﺳﺑ ِْﻊ َﻭ َﺭ ﱠ‬
‫ﺕ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬
ِ ‫ﺳ َﻣ َﺎﻭﺍ‬ ‫ﺍَﻟﻠﱣ ُﻬ ﱠﻡ َﺭ ﱠ‬
‫ﺏ ﺍﻟ ﱠ‬
Allahumma rabbas samaawaatis sab-e' wa rabbal a'rshil a'zeeme a'nnad dayna wa
aghnenna menal faqre.

O Allah! The Lord of seven heavens. The Lord of great throne (authority), defray our debts and
free us from poverty.

‫ﻁﺎ ِﻟ ِﺑﻲ ِﺭ ْﺯ ِﻗ َﻙ‬ ِ ْ ‫ﺎﺭ َﻭ َﻻ ﺗَﺑَﺫ ﱠ ْﻝ َﺟﺎ ِﻫﻲ ِﺑ‬ ِ ‫ﺳ‬ َ َ‫ﺻ ْﻥ َﻭ ْﺟ ِﻬﻲ ِﺑ ْﺎﻟﻳ‬
ُ ‫ﻟﻠﱣ ُﻬ ﱠﻡ‬
‫ﻁﺎ ِﻧﻲ‬ َ ‫ﻲ ِﺑ َﺣ ْﻣ ِﺩ َﻣ ْﻥ ﺃَ ْﻋ‬ َ ‫ﺍﺭ ﺧ َْﻠ ِﻘ َﻙ َﻭ ﺃَ ْﺑﺗ َ ِﻠ‬
َ ‫ﻑ ِﺷ َﺭ‬ َ ‫َﻭ ﺃ َ ْﺳﺗَ ْﻌ ِﻁ‬
‫ﺍء ٰﺫ ِﻟ َﻙ‬
ِ ‫ﺕ ِﻣ ْﻥ َﻭ َﺭ‬ َ ‫َﻭ ﺃ َ ْﻓﺗ َ ِﺗ َﻥ ِﺑﺫَ ِّﻡ َﻣ ْﻥ َﻣﻧَ َﻌ ِﻧ ْﻲ َﻭ ﺃ َ ْﻧ‬
‫ﺷ ْﻲ ٍء ﻗَ ِﺩﻳ ٌْﺭ‬َ ‫ﻋ ٰﻠﻰ ﻛُ ِّﻝ‬ َ ‫ﺎء َﻭ ْﺍﻟ َﻣ ْﻧ ِﻊ ِﺇﻧﱠ َﻙ‬ َ ‫ﺍﻹ ْﻋ‬
ِ ‫ﻁ‬ ِْ ‫ﻲ‬ ‫ﻛُ ِﻠّ ٖﻪ َﻭ ِﻟ ﱡ‬
Allahumma sun wajhee bil-yasaare wa laa tabazzal jaahee bil-iqtaare fa-astarzeqa
taalebee rizqeka wa as-ta'tefa sheraara khaleqeka wa abtaleya be-hamde man a-a'taanee
wa aftana be-zamme man mana-a'nee wa anta min waraa-e zaaleka kullehi
waliyyul e'taa-e wal-man-e' innaka a'laa kulle shay-in qadeer.

In the name of Allah the Beneficent and the Merciful. O Allah! Save My face by granting me
prosperity and destroy not my prestige by reducing me to poverty so that I may
have to seek my sustenance from those who seek (the same) from thee, or I may look
forward for the kindness to thy evil Creatures; and consequently I may indulge in praise
of those who may give and dispraise those who refused, though (indeed)
Thou alone art responsible of all for grant or refusal, verily Thou art all-powerful over everything.

Du’a 18: To Overcome Fear & Laziness

ِ ‫ َﻭﺃَﻋُ ْﻭﺫ ُ ِﺑ َﻙ ِﻣ ْﻥ ِﻓﺗْﻧَ ِﺔ ْﺍﻟ َﻣ ْﺣﻳَﺎ َﻭ ْﺍﻟ َﻣ َﻣﺎ‬،‫ﺏ ْﺍﻟﻘَﺑ ِْﺭ‬
‫ﺕ‬ ِ ‫ﻋﺫَﺍ‬َ ‫َﻭﺃَﻋُ ْﻭﺫ ُ ِﺑ َﻙ ِﻣ ْﻥ‬
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-ajzi wal-kasli wal-jubni wal-harami wal-bukhli, wa
a'udhbika min adhabil qabri, wa a'udhubika fitnatil mahya walmamat.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, anxiety and
sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from the torments of grave, and I seek refuge in You from the
trials and tribulations of life and death.

ِ َ‫ﺎﻁ َﻝ ﺑ‬ ْ ‫ﺍﻟﻠ ُﻬ ﱠﻡ ﺃ َ ِﺭﻧَﺎ ﺍﻟ َﺣ ﱠﻕ َﺣﻘّﺎ ً َﻭ‬
َ ‫ﺍﺭ ُﺯ ْﻗﻧَﺎ ﺍﻟ ِﺗﺑَﺎ‬
.‫ﻳﻥ‬َ ‫ﺍﺣ ِﻣ‬ ‫ ِﺑ َﺭ ْﺣ َﻣ ِﺗ َﻙ ﻳَﺎ ﺃَ ْﺭ َﺣ َﻡ ﱠ‬،ُ ‫ﺍﺟ ِﺗﻧَﺎﺑَﻪ‬
ِ ‫ﺍﻟﺭ‬ ْ
Allahumma arinal-haqqa haqqan warzuqnat-tiba'ah, wa arinal-batila
batilan warzuqnaj-tinabah, bi rahmatika ya arhamar-rahimeen.

O Allah! Let us see the good as good, and bless us with following it.
And show us the falsehood as falsehood,
and bless us with staying away from it, with Your mercy, O Most Merciful!

َ ‫ﺷ ْﺭ َﻙ َﻭﺍﻟ ُﻣ ْﺷ ِﺭ ِﻛ‬ ّ ِ ‫ﺍﻟ‬
.‫ﻳﻥ‬َ ‫ﺍﻟ َﻌﺎﻟَ ِﻣ‬
Allahumma a'izzal-Islama wal-Muslimeen, Allahumma a'izzal-Islama wal-Muslimeen,
wa adhillash-shirka wal-Mushrikeen, wa dammir a'daa’ad-deen, wahmi hawzatal-
Islami ya rabbal-alameen.

O Allah! Raise the standing of Islam and the Muslims. O Allah! Raise the standing and the
Muslims, and degrade the standing of Kufr and the Kaafireen, and Shirk and the Mushrikeen.
Destroy the enemies of the Deen, and protect the lands of Islam, O Lord of the Worlds.
