Summary of Process Note for Distribution Physical:

 Customer is identified and approached by Oppo Sales Executive where


requirement is taken reviewed.
 Oppo Sales executive logs in the app and makes captures necessary details in the
Oppo app.
 App runs AIP to check eligibility of the customer.
 If the eligibility is negative, customer is communicated of the status / reconsidered
for other option available with OPPO.
 If eligibility is positive, login documents are collected as per company’s
requirement.
 Document are submitted to the lender’s office.
 Lender starts processing once it receives document.
 Verification are initiated and stored in the system.
 Credit appraisal is done basis the document and verification.
 Status of the File is shared in form of MIS / mail communication.
 If the status is negative, customer is communicated of the status / reconsidered for
other option available with OPPO.
 If eligibility is positive, post sanction documents are collected as per company’s
requirement.
 OPPO executive submits the document to the lender.
 Lender Bank initiates disbursement in customers account and publishes the status
in MIS.
 Lender Bank initiates vendor payout basis previous month disbursement.
 Central operation reconciles the payout received.
