requirement is taken reviewed. Oppo Sales executive logs in the app and makes captures necessary details in the Oppo app. App runs AIP to check eligibility of the customer. If the eligibility is negative, customer is communicated of the status / reconsidered for other option available with OPPO. If eligibility is positive, login documents are collected as per company’s requirement. Document are submitted to the lender’s office. Lender starts processing once it receives document. Verification are initiated and stored in the system. Credit appraisal is done basis the document and verification. Status of the File is shared in form of MIS / mail communication. If the status is negative, customer is communicated of the status / reconsidered for other option available with OPPO. If eligibility is positive, post sanction documents are collected as per company’s requirement. OPPO executive submits the document to the lender. Lender Bank initiates disbursement in customers account and publishes the status in MIS. Lender Bank initiates vendor payout basis previous month disbursement. Central operation reconciles the payout received.
