 Inspect Parts in Operation
o Mixer
 Mixer Door
 Mixer Blades/Arms
 Inspect water inlet holes
 Inspect admixture inlet holes
 Inner mixer skins
 Cement Gate
 Cement Scale
 Cement Scale Vent
 Inspect top mixer doors to see they are closing properly
 Mixer Motor: clean and covered
 Overall exterior cleanliness
o Conveyor Belt
 Check for slack
 Visually inspect rollers
 Overall condition
o Bin Inspection
 Bin room clean
 Heater on and functioning, set to 65° F (in Winter only)
 Bin Gates
 Upper bin doors functioning properly
 For proper load cell operation, ensure nothing is touching bins.
