It is my pleasure to recommend _____. I am direct report of ____ in my current role. I came to
know ____ when I first came on this position. ____ distinguished himself from any manager that
I have had before him by actively trying to teach his knowledge to myself as well as others on
the team while not limiting himself to learning from us. I would rank ____ in the top 1% of
managers that I have worked with in the respect to his science knowledge (both instrumentation
and method development) and his business knowledge. 

_____ is highly intelligent with analytical skills that are par none. He can create new methods
from nothing in a matter of no time and validate them. This is an aspect that I have worked with
him directly on multiple times and it is truly mind blowing how fast and accurate everything is.
On a personal level, _____ is a dedicated family man with a genuine personality. He is always
willing to help anyone that needs it. 

_____ is also very dedicated. He is usually the first employee in in the morning and the last one
to leave. I can always rely on him to fix something that I cannot; no matter what time I contact
him.   He   can   articulate   his   knowledge   into   layman’s   terms   for   people   that   don’t   understand
science as well, which is highly beneficial in business terms. He can explain his knowledge,
scientific experiments, and processes in meetings very concisely and support his evidence clearly
and persuasively.
