1. Is the problem in the story on your list from Exercise 10? No, I was thinking in
another issues.
2. Was the problem easy to solve? No, This situation had been a little bit
complicated for the owner of the home. He’ve suffered a couple of month and he
had tried to fix with for diferents ways. At the end He decide to file debt
harassment claim against the gas company.
3. This story was popular on the Internet. Do you think it is true? If not, why not? I
don’t think it is true bucause gas company should have been able to annular it is
invoice easily. Besides, a $ 0.00 amount invoice would be recognized as
unpayaleable an invoicing software.
