Placement Policy @ DSI

1. No student will be allowed to take up any test or interview without the

placement card. Collect the Placement card @ CIL while attending Pre-
placement training.
2. Students should follow all eligibility criteria & guidelines issued from
placement office time to time.
3. Once the student is placed in a company, placement card has to be
surrendered to the placement office immediately.
4. Student is allowed to have offers as detailed below.

3.00 LPA to 5.00 LPA Only 1

5.00 LPA to 8.00 LPA Only 1
>10.00 LPA Only 1 (Dream offer)

5. Once the student is placed in a Company through the Campus / Pool Campus
Drive/ Off Campus drive, Student can’t participate in any other companies
unless it is notified by the Placement office as Core Company/ Dream Offer
etc.,
6. If any discrepancy is found in the data provided by the student to the
placement office, Student will not be permitted for any Test/ Interview.
7. If the placement card is lost, a duplicate card will be issued on payment of
Rs.100/- at placement office.
8. Students should check mail daily twice for any latest updates by the
placement office regarding the Campus Drives.
9. Students should report to the venue ½ an hour before for attending the
drive. Late comers will not be allowed to participate in the drive.
10.All eligible students must carry the following documents for every drive
without fail.
 Updated minimum 2 sets of Resumes.
  Recent colour passport size photographs (Minimum 4)
 Photocopies of marks sheet/certificate -10th, 12th UG /PG till Semester
(2 sets Attested Copies)
 Original marks sheet/certificate (10th, 12th UG /PG till Semester)
 Photocopy of ID proof issued by any Govt authority (Voter id, PAN
card, Aadhar card, driving license etc…)
 College Id
11. If any student is found that, Student have registered & not attending the
drive such students will be debarred from attending further campus drives.
12.All eligible Students should be available at the venue till the completion of all
rounds of selection process.
13.Students should maintain high discipline with the employer, If you have any
queries/clarifications kindly ask placement officer. Don’t ask Corporate
people.
14.All eligible students should come for campus drives in formal dress.
15.All students should come & update 6th, 7th and 8th Semester % once the
results are announced. If you do not update you may miss the opportunities.
16.Any change in e-mail id / Mobile number, immediately you have to update in
placement office.
17.No student is allowed to take online Test/written Test on behalf of your
friends, If any such cases found ,both you & your friend will be debarred
from campus drives & job offers will be withdrawn & same will be intimated
to the parents and also to the company.
18.Strictly all students should follow eligibility criteria before attending any
campus drives. If you are not meeting eligibility criteria do not attend the
drive.
19.All students must come with proper stationary required for the campus drive
like Ball point pen (Blue & Black ink), Pencil, Eraser, Scale, Calculator, Glue
Stick, Stapler, Rough sheets etc…

selection.

1. Students to Solve Aptitude (Quantitative & Reasoning) Questions / Take

online test to improve your skills.
2. Improve your programming skills using online coding platforms.
3. Students who are weak in English communication skills are informed to
improve their skills to excel in the interview.( Group discussion, Technical &
Personal rounds)
4. Students to prepare on core technical subjects before attending any campus
placements to excel in technical rounds.
5. Read news paper / Watch News channels & be aware about current affairs of
national & global. ( Help to excel in GD)
6. Practice GD among your friends.
7. Do certification courses on latest Technology on your domain.
