General discussion was held about holding our annual ‘meeting inthe spring about mid-May to coincide withthe budget process. 5. Elections ~ Elections were held with al officers retaining their current positions. Kathy Campbell ao _agreed to take over some ofthe Secretary duties until the Board vacancy fils and we hold the next elections. 6.
