SITUATION:
We want to check the change in the weight of certain participants before and after completing the
fitness course. (Observations are mentioned in SPSS)

HYPOTHESIS:
H₀: The participants do not lost the weight.
H₁: The participants lost the weight.

CONCLUSION:
Reject H₀ because sig value < 0.05.

Therefore we can conclude that the participants lost the weight.
