    * Address proof, ID proof, 2- Photo ( for all applicants ) Self attested

    * Last 3 Months Pay slips & Latest Form 16

    * Last 6 Months bank statement for all accounts

    * 2 - Cheque ( for processing fee )

    * Layout copy, Latest House Tax copy, Route map

    * Sanction letter copy & Principle outstanding letter online copy ( PNB )

    * Building Approved Plan, Actual Plan & Sale Deed Document Copy

    Post Sanction :-

    * Original EC from 1-1-1987 to till date

    * Copies of all parent documents ( full set )

    * Original House tax receipt

    * Patta in favor of Borrower

    * Original Letters from ( PNB ) - Principle Outstanding letter & List of Documents

    * Annexure A & C, Undertaking to create security ( Both format in Rs. 100 stamp paper, Both
    Annexure to be notarized )
