For checked baggage, according to the regulations :
Economy calss : 2 bags, up to 23kg each
Business class : 2 bags, up to 32kg each
First class : 2 bags, up to 32kg each
If the code share flights baggage adjust the provisions of airlines.
• For flight, please prepare your round trip ticket.
For overseas flights, the identity of the passport validity period should be more than 6 months.

Refund Policy and Itinerary Changes Policy :

• Once booking is confirmed, all Etihad Airways flights cannot be cancelled. With the exception of direct
cancellation from Etihad Airways.
• If cancellation from Etihad Airways occurred, passenger can contact Tiket.com customer care at 0804 1500 878
or email to cs@tiket.com for a refund by stating:
- Passenger name.
- Order ID/Booking Code.
- Bank account information to be refunded and the name of the bank account holder.
- For credit card transaction, please state the last 4 digits of the card number and the credit card type (VISA /
MASTERCARD).
• Refund process will take approximately 1-2 months, starting when the cancellation application is received by
Tiket.com customer care.
• For information regarding your departure terminal, please contact Etihad Airways call center at +6221 29716200
• Round-trip flight of the airlines which has ticket number and the same reservation code (roundtrip deals) can
not be partially cancelled, either departure or return only. If you cancel the ticket, it will be forfeited.
Cancellation of all return tickets follows regulation of normal refund.
